The striking building on the corner of the bustling Zeil and Liebfrauenstrasse was for many years a retail flagship store. It is a central, urban location right in the middle of the city. We are consciously revitalizing this existing property and transforming the building structure into a modern mixed-use asset, integrating both office and retail areas.

Numerous amenities create a comfortable unique setting that permeates the building from the top to the bottom. The building’s underground parking area and the two-story lobby on Liebfrauenstrasse set the stage. This is followed by exclusive loggias to the office areas via the all-around garden on the 5th floor all the way to the impressive new work rooftop garden.

We are creating a forward-looking work setting that sets the tone for the city center and has something for everyone all under one roof: diversity and individuality, business and lifestyle, exterior and interior aspects, high-tech and sustainability.

The building’s exceptionally central location between the famous Zeil shopping street and the Liebfrauenberg square puts you right in the heart of the city and all it has to offer. The main sights are no more than 15 minutes away by foot – and many of them, such as the central business district (CBD), Hauptwache square, the Kleinmarkthalle market hall, the Römer city hall, and the Main River are only a short walk apart.
