Noise levels at the construction site under review

During construction work for the ONE TWO ONE real estate project on Frankfurt's Zeil, unusual noise emissions were noticed on the morning of October 31, 2024. To prevent excessive disruption to the surrounding area and neighborhood, we, as the responsible developer, have decided to temporarily halt the work causing the noise.

On Friday, November 1, between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m., a noise emission review will be conducted, which may again result in significant noise levels. We kindly ask for your understanding in advance. This review aims to ensure that legal noise level regulations are fully adhered to.
